Subject agreement with Electricity
We have not repeat not yet received copy of final agreement referred
to in your FIVE and must therefore reserve final decision on scheme. On
present information however it appears to require further consideration in
respect of (A) payment of rental (B) expenditure by Administration on
maintenance (C) charges in respect of military stores handed over unused at end
of period of military control. Grateful for further comments on these points.
